Burlington Riverfront Entertainment / Haunted Auditorium reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience special effect lighting, intense audio, automation, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, smoke machines, damp or wet conditions, trained performers specifically designed to scare you, and physically demanding environments. It is recommended you do not enter if you are pregnant, have sensitivity to distorting lights, or have a heart condition or other medical condition that increases health risk.
Visitors MUST be able to:
- physically climb multiple flights of stairs
- crawl for an extended period
- walk on uneven surfaces,
Visitors will be asked to leave with NO REFUND if any of the following occur:
- touching/hitting of the actors
- destroying props or walls
- smoking or vaping while in line or inside of the attraction
- drinking or attempting to enter while visibly drunk
- causing a disturbance of any kind, including:
- line cutting
- reversing through the attraction
- holding up the attraction for an extended period of time
- rowdy behavior, roughhousing, etc
